Hot Artichoke Dip
|
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup cooked/canned artichoke hearts chopped & drained
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
Mix all ingredients well and place in casserole dish and bake at 350°F until bubbly.
Serve with pork rinds for dipping.
Makes 16 Servings. 7 net grams of carbohydrate per serving.
