Bleu Cheese & Brandy Spread

Ingredients:
- 8 oz bleu cheese, crumbled
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3 Tbsp heavy cream
- 1 cup brandy
- 1 tsp. thyme, powdered
- salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients well and let sit for 1 hour so flavors can intermingle. Serve
stuffed in celery, mushroom caps, or endive. Also superb wrapped up in thin slices
of ham, turkey or rare roast beef!
Makes 8 Servings. 2.4 net grams of carbohydrate per serving.
