Mediterranean Cheese Spread
|
Reminder:
This is a Specialty Ingredient Recipe.
It requires pre-packaged items as outlined
below.

Ingredients:
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese
- 1 (4-ounce) package crumbled basil and tomato flavored feta cheese
- 1/4 cup Peloponnese® sweet pepper spread
- 2 tablespoons chopped black olives
- 1 (6.5-ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup (about 3-ounces) sliced pepperoni, chopped
- Fresh basil sprigs, for garnish
- Low Carb crackers or chips
(Try either LC Chef's Plain crackers or Keto Chips!)
In large bowl, using an electric mixer, combine cream cheese, feta cheese,
Peloponnese® sweet pepper spread, and chopped olives. Beat until well blended.
Stir in artichokes and pepperoni. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate
several hours or overnight. Garnish with crumbled feta and basil sprigs.
Serve with Low Carb Chef's Plain crackers, Keto Chips, or your favorite
toasted low-carb bread!
Serves 16 - 2 net grams of carbohydrate per serving.
