Keto Pizza
|
Reminder:
This is a Specialty Ingredient Recipe.
It requires pre-packaged items as outlined
below.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 can Keto BreadTM Golden Original Mix
- 1/2 stick butter or 1/4 cup Betta Butter
- 3/4 cups water
- Shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup Newman's OwnTM Spaghetti or Pizza sauce
- Your choice of meat toppings - crisp bacon, diced ham, etc.
- finely chopped onion, peppers and/or mushrooms [optional]
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place one cup (1/2 can) Keto Golden Original Bread Mix in a bowl. Melt 1/2 stick butter
or 1/4 cup Betta Butter and add to bowl with 3/4 cup luke-warm
water. Mix ingredients well to a paste. Grease 12" pizza pan and add mix, spreading
with a spoon to the outer edge. Spreading is quite easy as you can make the
edges thicker to simulate traditional crust. Cook for 15 minutes until slightly
brown. Remove from oven and add sauce, cheese and any toppings. Bake until cheese
is melted and crust is golden brown. For a crisper pizza, pop under the broiler
for a few moments. Slice and enjoy.
Makes 8 slices - 6 carbs per slice (add extra grams for toppings other
than meat and cheese.)
