Keto Potato Bread
|
Reminder:
This is a Specialty Ingredient Recipe.
It requires pre-packaged items as outlined
below.

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup melted butter or Betta Butter
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 2 Tablespoons half-n-half or heavy cream
- 1 can Keto BreadTM Golden Original Mix
- 6 Tablespoons Keto KetatoTM Mix
- Diced or shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese [optional]
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease 8" loaf pan (Pyrex works best.) Mix one
can Keto Golden Original Bread Mix with six heaping
Tablespoons of Keto Ketato Mix in a bowl and set aside.
Combine water, butter and cream in a bowl and mix with dry ingredients
thoroughly and quickly as excessive mixing will reduce rising effect.
If you're adding the cheese (and the cheese-y bread is REALLY good!), add
it now - very quickly. Pour into loaf pan and bake for 30-35 minutes
until golden brown.
Makes 20 slices - 3.5 carbs per slice.
