Lobster Almondine

Ingredients:
- 1 pound cooked lobster meat
- 1 cup slivered blanched almonds
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt (optional)
- 2 Tablespoons chopped pimiento
- dash of pepper
Cut lobster meat into 1" pieces. Sauté almonds in butter until lightly browned.
Remove almonds. Add lobster. Sauté until lightly browned. Add seasonings and
almonds. Stir to mix well. Serve at once.
Makes 4 servings. 7 net grams of carbohydrate per serving.
