Remoulade Sauce

While this is not the official Ruth's Chris Steak House® recipe,
it is nearly
identical and so delicious!
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup Zatarain's Creole mustard
- 1 Tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 scant teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Combine all ingredients. Cover and store in refrigerator.
Makes approx 1 3/4 cups sauce. Less than 1 gram of carbohydrate.
