Marzipan
|
Ingredients:
- 1 7-oz. pkg. of unsweetened grated coconut
- 1 pkg sugar-free gelatin mix (small box - your flavor choice)
- 1 cup almond flour/ground almonds
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2/3 cup Splenda
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
Combine all ingredients. Shape into designs with candy molds (like fruits or veggies etc. -
you may add food coloring for truer details if gelatin does not color to
preference,) or form into simple circles.
Chill until forms hold their shape.
Makes 24 1-inch forms — 5 carbs per piece.
