Place brisket fat side up in cooking bag, or fashion your own out of triple layers of heavy-duty foil. Mix onion flakes, garlic, and liquid
smoke, and pour over roast. Seal cooking bag tightly, place on a baking sheet, and bake at 325 degrees F (165 C) for 2-3 hours. Scrape
off fat layer and slice remaining meat thinly, across the grain.
