Welcome to another issue of the Low Carb Luxury Newsletter!

This issue was originally scheduled for March 29th (as many of you have noted), but was delayed because in a minor accident, I managed to break the bones of my left foot.

A huge thank you to my review group members who stepped in to help with many of the site's duties while I was unable to do them. And an extra big thanks to my dear husband who "played fetch" above and beyond the call of duty.

      Product of thr Month

Our product review team will feature 2 (two) "Products Of The Month" — one in each issue of our newsletter. These products will be the group consensus of those we find to be the most innovative, tasty, or helpful to the low-carber's daily dietary regime.

Low Carb Cookies Low Carb Cookies!
 This past month, we first discovered the new Low Carb Cookies from Pleasantville Cookie Company and have been simply thrilled with their simple good taste ever since. We can no longer imagine them not being a staple at our house. Made from wholesome ingredients, mostly almond flour and Splenda, these cookies are sweet, plump little treats you can enjoy any time for very few grams of carbohydrate and no sugar alcohols, (or other "unaccounted for" carbs.)

They are available in four flavors: Almond, Chocolate, Maple, and Peanut Butter. They come packaged in trendy little (plastic-lined) bright red bags with gold top closures to keep them fresh and are packed 10 cookies (1/2 pound) per bag. Remember, these are made with no preservatives, so refrigerate or freeze any you need to store longer than a few days (if you can keep from gobbling them all up right away!)
