Neil Beaty, once referred to as the "Jerry Springer of Low Carb," has become an integral part of Low Carb Luxury and has come to understand the low carb lifestyle as well as the industry.

Neil attended Sinclair Community College in Southern Ohio, where he graduated with an Associate Degree in Communication Arts. From there he joined the staff at WAZU-FM Radio in Dayton, Ohio, where he worked with The Morning Show and remote set-ups in the field.

Neil then attended Ohio University, where he acquired his Bachelor's Degree in Communications.

Owning his own landscaping firm afforded Neil the chance to learn real skills in small business, as well as developing a natural talent for color, design, and balance.

Having found an aptitude for photography at an early age, Neil was rarely seen without a camera at the ready. As the years passed, his education and experience led him to continue the development of his skills as a photographer. Neil has had numerous photos published (including many magazine cover shots) and continues to earn praise from the arts community.

Neil is President of Low Carb Luxury, Inc., serves as Executive Editor and Photographer for Low Carb Luxury Magazine, and is a partner in LNS Consulting for the low carb and specialty food industries.
